Make sure to initiate your return within 30 days of order ship date.

A Friendly Reminder:

The items must be in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund; you will need to include the handcrafted pouch, and ensure tags remain attached. Please note that we reserve the right to evaluate their eligibility and may return them to you at your expense if they fail to meet our standards.

When trying on our products, please make sure you wear your underwear or similar clothing. We will not accept returns if there is evidence that our products were not tried in this way.

 

What to Expect:

Once we receive your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 3 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
